VittaGems (“VittaGems,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform that facilitates the use of “VGMG” or “Token,” which is a utility stablecoin or similar digital asset implemented on a blockchain. These tokens use smart contracts to link to or otherwise be associated with certain verified physical precious assets, including gold and diamonds.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age. Minors who are at least 13 years old but under 18 years old may use a parent or guardian’s VittaGems account, but only with the direct involvement and supervision of the account holder. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. When you create an account with VittaGems, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2. The VittaGems Service and VGMG Tokens
VittaGems provides a platform for users to view, explore, and manage VGMG tokens. At your own discretion, you may connect directly with others to purchase, sell, or transfer tokens on public blockchains.
You acknowledge and agree that VittaGems does not have custody or control over any blockchains or the digital assets stored on them. The information stored on the blockchain, including purchases, sales, and transfers related to your blockchain address and tokens, cannot be edited or deleted by VittaGems. You are solely responsible for the security of your digital wallet and your private keys. If you discover an issue related to your wallet, you must contact your third-party wallet provider directly.
3. Third-Party Wallets and Services
To use our Service, you must use a third-party wallet that allows you to engage in transactions on public blockchains. Your interactions with any third-party wallet provider are governed by the applicable terms of service and privacy policy of that third party. VittaGems is not responsible for the operation, security, or functionality of any third-party wallet.
Our Service may also contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by VittaGems. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that VittaGems shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including, without limitation, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, FinCEN regulations, and sanctions compliance programs.

VITTAGEMS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VITTAGEMS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
